SS341RT
HoneywellSS341RT is a Honeywell unipolar digital Hall-effect sensor IC in an SOT-23 package, tape and reel (3,000 per reel), and the highest-sensitivity member of its series: typical operating point 75 gauss at 25 C (datasheet magnetic table 35/75/135 gauss) with a typical release point of 35 gauss, north-pole activation, an open-collector sinking output rated to 20 mA, and a 3 to 24 Vdc supply over -40 to +150 C. Selection advice: it is a unipolar switch, not a latch - designs needing bipolar latching behaviour should use the SS361RT instead, and mid or low sensitivity points are the SS343RT (135 gauss) and SS349RT (305 gauss) codes; use the current 75 gauss typical figure, since the 2009 datasheet printed 85 gauss. Honeywell's product page lists the SS341RT in its ordering guide as a current product. Parameters verified against Honeywell documentation.
