Information you provide
We receive the contact, company and requirement details you enter in our RFQ, contact, alternative-part and supplier forms. These details may include part numbers, quantities, BOM content, delivery requirements and supporting notes.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review requirements, communicate with you, prepare quotations, evaluate possible sources or alternatives, coordinate fulfillment and maintain the resulting business record. We do not publish submitted BOM or supplier data as public inventory automatically.
Necessary sharing
When needed to answer a request, relevant requirement details may be shared with prospective suppliers, testing providers, payment or logistics partners. We limit that sharing to what is reasonably needed for the sourcing or fulfillment task.
Retention and your choices
Records are retained as reasonably needed for quotations, transactions, fraud prevention and legal or accounting duties. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email sales@sourceics.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain records that we are legally required to keep.
