Quotes
How do I get a quote for a part number?
Send the part number and quantity through the RFQ form, by email to sales@sourceics.com or on WhatsApp. We reply to every RFQ within 24 hours.
Can you source parts that are not listed on this site?
Yes. The parts on this site are examples. Send any manufacturer part number and we will look for it.
Can I send a full BOM?
Yes. Upload XLSX or CSV, up to 500 lines, on the RFQ page. Each line comes back checked — priced if we can confirm it, or marked with the reason if we cannot.
Why is there no price on the part pages?
Price depends on quantity, date code and the batch on offer that day. We check the real batch first, then quote.
What do the suffixes in a part number mean?
Each suffix marks one exact orderable version of a device — its package, temperature grade, packing or revision. Two codes that differ by a single character can be different devices, so we always quote the full code exactly as it appears on your BOM.

What quantities do you quote?
Tell us the quantity you need. We quote what fits your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment method, currency and timing are agreed with you in each quote. Tell us what your company uses.
How do you ship?
Orders ship from Shenzhen or Hong Kong. Courier and freight are agreed in the quote, and you can use your own forwarder.
What is the difference between package and packing?
The package is the physical housing of the device — the part that solders to your board. Packing is how devices are delivered: reel, tube, tray or cut tape. The same ordering code can arrive in different packing from different lots, so tell us the format you need when you ask for a quote.
Quality
How do you check parts before shipping?
We check the part number, suffix, date code and batch label, inspect under microscope, and use X-ray when the risk calls for it. The scope is agreed in each quote.
Can I see photos of the parts?
Yes. Ask, and we send photos of the actual parts and labels.
Can you provide traceability documents?
Yes, against the actual lot offered: lot and date-code details, labels and photos are confirmed at quotation time. Send us the document list your receiving inspection requires with your RFQ, and we confirm what the offered lot can support before you order.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us with the order details. We work it out with you directly.
Are you an authorized distributor?
No. Sourceics is an independent distributor. Brand names on this site show sourcing coverage, not authorization.
