FOR OEM PROCUREMENT

Component sourcing for OEM purchasing teams

Production lines cannot wait for the wrong part. Send the exact part numbers on your BOM and we come back with one clear quote, checked against the offered batch.

What you send us

Full manufacturer part numbers, exactly as on your BOM

Quantity, target price and delivery country

Date-code limits, packing (reel, tube, tray) and any documents you need

What you get back

Same part, same code

Manufacturer, suffix and package matched to your BOM line.

Evidence before you pay

Photos of the actual parts and the date-code / batch label.

One clear quote

Price, lead time and terms on one page for the lines we confirm; a line we cannot confirm is named on the same page.

Alternatives, only if you agree

When a line is short we suggest options. We never swap parts without asking.

How we check parts

Manufacturer, part number and suffix checked against the label
Date code and batch reviewed against your limits
Visual inspection under microscope
X-ray inspection when the risk or your requirement calls for it
Stock rechecked before payment and before shipping

Inspection scope is agreed in each quote. See our quality workflow.

From request to delivery

The four steps from your RFQ to shipment are on one page. See how a request moves.

Questions

Will you change the suffix or package to match stock?

No. We quote the exact ordering code you send. If only a different suffix is available, we tell you and wait for your approval.

Can you match our approved manufacturer list?

Yes. Send your AML with the RFQ and we only offer parts from the manufacturers on it.

Can I order the same part again for production?

Yes. Send the part number and quantity each time, or tell us your schedule and we plan the quotes with you.

What do I get with each offer?

The manufacturer, full ordering code, date code and batch details of the parts on offer, so your quality team can review them.
