ADXL355BEZ-RL7 is the tape-and-reel LCC-14 ordering code for the Analog Devices ADXL355 three-axis MEMS accelerometer, in production per the Analog Devices product page. Selectable nominal full-scale ranges of ±2 g, ±4 g and ±8 g are read out at 256,000 LSB/g typical sensitivity on the ±2 g range (235,520 minimum and 276,480 maximum), zero-g output is ±25 mg typical with ±0.01 mg/°C typical zero-g temperature drift over -40 °C to +125 °C, and nonlinearity is 0.1% of full scale on the ±2 g range (1.6% on the ±8 g range) - the Rev. D Table 2 values are specified at a 3.3 V supply and 500 Hz output data rate, not as a promise of identical accuracy at every point of the 2.25 V to 3.6 V supply range. The selection point is measurement-grade stability in a ceramic LCC package: the wide range options and tight zero-g drift suit tilt sensing, condition monitoring and inertial measurement designs that outgrow consumer-grade accelerometers. Selection advice: budget the sensitivity spread into the calibration plan - the minimum/maximum window runs about 8% either side of typical, so production calibration is what converts the raw resolution into absolute accuracy.
