The AP53781DMZ16-13-FA01 is a USB Type-C PD 3.1 dual-role-port (DRP) controller from Diodes for designs that must both source and sink power over USB-C - docks, monitors, power banks and embedded hosts - supporting EPR operation up to 28 V and 140 W. Its PDO and RDO behaviour is configured by external resistors from pre-programmed profiles (eight source profiles; sink profiles of eight fixed voltages and eight fixed currents), so a complete PD port can be implemented without an MCU or firmware development. Dead-battery mode keeps a flat system chargeable, and the CC pins are rated to 34 V for short-to-VBUS robustness. The FA01 suffix is the standard firmware build, and the part is supplied in a W-QFN3030-16 Type A1 package with MSL 1 handling.
