API7722FS-13
Diodes IncorporatedAPI7722FS-13 pairs the channel-B-reverse layout of the 7722 with the F default-low option: channel A crosses forward, channel B returns, and on either channel an open input or an unpowered input side forces the output to logic low. That is the code for isolated feedback paths - encoder returns, fault flags, receive lines - where a floating-high output on power loss would be read as a permanent active signal. Housed in the narrow SO-8 (Type CJ2), it provides 3750VRMS isolation per UL 1577, more than 4mm creepage and clearance, and CQC certification per GB 4943.1 alongside the VDE and UL approvals of the family. Electricals follow the family table: 100Mbps data rate, 2.5V to 5.5V supplies, CMOS threshold inputs switching around 0.6/0.4 of the input rail, 150kV/us minimum CMTI, 11ns typical propagation delay and 2.1mA per channel typical at 1Mbps. Selection advice: verify both attributes before ordering - reverse channel on B and default low - because API7722S-13 shares the pinout but defaults high, and API7721FS-13 moves the reverse direction to channel A. Ordering form is 4000 per 13-inch reel, marking 7722F, in a lead-free RoHS package. Parameters verified against Diodes Incorporated documentation.
