SFM3505-300 is a Sensirion mass flow meter module for inspiratory gas flow in medical ventilators and anesthesia machines, measuring -150 to +300 slm with 2.3% of measured value accuracy, digital I2C output, fifth-generation CMOSens sensing with on-chip temperature compensation and calibration for air and O2 (Sensirion material number 3.001.246). Selection advice: this is the standard-accuracy tier of the SFM3505 platform; designs are calibrated at the factory, so no field or production-line recalibration is needed, and the high-accuracy -300-X version shares the mechanical and interface design if a program later tightens its metering budget. Sensirion announced general market availability of both codes in July 2026, its datasheet ordering table prints this code, and the Sensirion catalog lists the product as New.
