SEN65

SEN65 is an environmental sensor node from Sensirion in a housed module package, measuring eight parameters - PM1, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10 particulate matter, temperature, relative humidity, and VOC and NOx indexes - over an I2C interface, for indoor air-quality monitoring in HVAC equipment, purifiers and smart buildings. The eight-parameter set in a single node is the selection point: it adds the gas indexes to the particle and RH/T base of the platform, so one module covers the full IAQ readout without a second gas sensor or the board space and calibration effort that comes with it. Selection advice: choose within the SEN6x platform by parameter set - the SEN65 has no CO2 channel, so designs that must report true CO2 need the SEN66, designs that need formaldehyde as well go to the SEN69C, and the SEN62 is the lower-cost node without VOC/NOx. Match the full SEN65 code; platform members differ in firmware and reported values and are not drop-in substitutes for each other. Parameters verified against Sensirion documentation.
