SCA3400-D01-10
MurataSCA3400-D01-10 is a Murata high-performance digital 3-axis accelerometer in a 12-pin premolded housing (8.6 x 7.6 x 3.3 mm), for stability-critical tilt, leveling, structural health monitoring and machine-control sensing. It offers two user-selectable modes, ±2.4 g with an 80 Hz low-pass filter or ±1.2 g with a 10 Hz low-pass filter, with resolution up to 15000 LSB/g and ultra-low 20 µg/√Hz noise density. Offset drift over lifetime is typically 0.5 mg on X and Y and 2 mg on Z, which is the buying reason: tilt and leveling measurements stay accurate for years without recalibration, where ordinary accelerometers drift. The SPI digital interface, 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply, -40°C to +85°C range, advanced self-diagnostics and proven capacitive 3D-MEMS construction suit harsh industrial environments. Selection advice: choose this part when long-term offset stability matters more than measurement range; for high-g shock or vibration measurement above 2.4 g, pick a wider-range accelerometer instead. The D01-10 code is the tape-and-reel 1000-piece production pack; the D01-1 code is the 100-piece reel and D01-004 is a sample-only bulk pack, so match the packing suffix to your production volume. The interface is SPI only, so confirm host compatibility against the datasheet. Parameters verified against Murata documentation.
