DS18B20U+T&R

The DS18B20U+T&R is the tape-and-reel code for the Analog Devices (Maxim) DS18B20 digital thermometer in the 8-pin µSOP (U) package. It measures from -55 C to +125 C with +/-0.5 C accuracy over the -10 C to +85 C core range, offers programmable 9-bit to 12-bit resolution and talks over the 1-Wire bus, where each device's unique 64-bit ROM code lets many sensors share a single microcontroller pin. The µSOP body is the selection point against the better-known TO-92 and SOIC forms: the same proven sensing die fits surface-mount production for thermostats, cold-chain loggers, HVAC and industrial monitoring boards.
