ADUM3221BRZ-RL7
Analog DevicesADUM3221BRZ-RL7 is an Analog Devices ADuM3221 isolated dual-channel gate driver in 8-lead narrow-body SOIC, tape and reel — iCoupler magnetic isolation rated 2500 Vrms with 4 A peak output current per channel, for driving MOSFET and IGBT half-bridges in motor drives, isolated DC-DC converters and inverters. The selection point is a two-channel isolated driver in an 8-pin package: 60 ns maximum propagation delay, tight channel matching and 25 kV/µs minimum common-mode transient immunity keep dead times short without optocoupler aging and spread; the B-grade code sets the higher 7.6 V VDD2 undervoltage protection level, suiting 12 to 15 V gate rails, over -40 to +125 °C. Selection advice: choose the ADuM3221 when both channels may switch independently — for built-in shoot-through (overlap) protection pick the ADuM3220 sibling instead; A-grade codes carry the 4.5 V protection level for lower gate voltages, and W-suffix codes are the automotive-qualified versions. Analog Devices lists the ADuM3221 in production; parameters verified against the ADI ADuM3220/ADuM3221 datasheet (Rev. D) ordering guide.
