ISO7641FMDWR

The ISO7641FMDWR is a quad-channel digital isolator in the wide-body SOIC-16 (DW) package, arranged as three forward and one reverse channel, rated for 150Mbps data rates with a fail-safe default-low output state and operation from -40 C to +125 C. Four isolated channels in one package replace multiple optocouplers, cutting board area and simplifying safety certification for motor drives, PLCs and power supplies, while the defined default-low state keeps downstream logic in a safe condition when the input side loses power. Selection advice: the FM letters mark the high-speed M-grade variant at 150Mbps; the FC variant in the same family is the 25Mbps C-grade part, so confirm the speed-grade letter pair against your channel bandwidth before ordering.
