TLI5012B-E1000

TLI5012B-E1000 is an Infineon Technologies XENSIV GMR magnetic angle sensor in a PG-DSO-8 package, the industrial (QM) counterpart of the TLE5012B-E1000: it pairs an SPI-compatible SSC channel with a 12-bit incremental interface (IIF) at 0.088° per count, so one sensor serves both absolute-angle readback and encoder-style commutation feedback in industrial drives, robotics and automation. The angle value updates every 42.7 µs with autocalibration mode 1 and 0.703° hysteresis, but prediction is switched off in this preconfiguration and the SSC angle word is 15-bit, giving a maximum angle error of 1.9° rather than the automotive version's 1.0°. Supply is 3.0 V to 5.5 V; the operating range is the industrial -40 to +125 °C rather than +150 °C. Infineon lists this variant as active and preferred. Selection advice: choose TLI5012B-E1000 for industrial designs that do not need automotive qualification or the full 150 °C range; choose the TLE5012B-E1000 on this site when prediction, the 1.0° error class or the wider temperature range is required.
