TLE49012-E0001

TLE49012-E0001 is an Infineon Technologies XENSIV high-precision digital magnetic angle sensor in a 3 mm x 3 mm x 0.9 mm PG-VSON-8 package, built on Vertical Hall technology with a preconfigured UVW interface plus PWM output, a 20 mT to 120 mT magnetic field range, a 3 V to 5.5 V supply, and a -40C to 125C temperature range. It provides the absolute magnetic angle via UVW Hall-switch mode and/or PWM, with its non-volatile memory programmable via SPI, and its integrated self-calibration with automatic initial calibration plus continuous on-chip compensation, including static and dynamic angle error compensation, holds accuracy over life without end-of-line calibration.
