TLE5012B-E3005
Infineon TechnologiesTLE5012B-E3005 is an Infineon Technologies XENSIV GMR magnetic angle sensor in a PG-DSO-8 package, the only TLE5012B preconfiguration that emulates a three-Hall-switch interface: its Hall Switch Mode (HSM) output is set for 5 pole pairs, so it drops into BLDC commutation designs that expect Hall signals while adding a digital SSC channel for absolute angle readback. The GMR sensing front end works across a 25 mT to 70 mT magnetic field range with a 42.7 µs angle update rate, autocalibration mode 1, prediction switched on and 0.703° hysteresis, holding a maximum 1.0° angle error with autocalibration active. Supply is 3.0 V to 5.5 V and the junction range is -40 to +150 °C. Infineon lists this variant as active and preferred. Selection advice: choose E3005 when the motor driver consumes Hall-switch commutation signals for a 5-pole-pair machine; choose the E5020 on this site when a high-frequency PWM angle output is preferred, and state the pole-pair configuration in your RFQ so the preconfiguration is confirmed before quotation.
