TJA1410ATK/0J
NXP SemiconductorsThe TJA1410ATK/0J is a 10BASE-T1S physical-medium-dependent transceiver in a 3 mm x 3 mm HVSON-8 package (the ATK ordering code), bringing multidrop Ethernet to the automotive edge over a single pair of wires. It complies with the OPEN Alliance TC14 specification and connects to the host through the OA 3-pin interface — note that the host MCU or switch must integrate the 10BASE-T1S digital PHY, because this device is the analog front end, not a complete controller. That split keeps node cost and quiescent current low, which is what makes per-sensor Ethernet nodes practical. Built-in topology-discovery diagnostics help locate wiring faults on the bus segment, the part supports TC10 through TC14 data-line wake-up for partial networking, it is compatible with Power over Data Lines (PoDL), and it is designed to ISO 26262 with ASIL B capability and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification. Selection note: budget the digital PHY on the host side before committing to this PMD; if your processor lacks a 10BASE-T1S digital PHY, a different node architecture is required. Parameters verified against NXP Semiconductors documentation.
