onsemiThe T30HM1TS2500MWTWG is an IEEE 802.3cg 10BASE-T1S MAC-PHY transceiver from onsemi's Treo platform, combining MAC and PHY in one device, so a low-cost host MCU reaches automotive Ethernet through an OPEN Alliance SPI interface at up to 25 MHz. Multiple nodes share one unshielded twisted pair at 10 Mbps, and integrated PLCA coordinates bus access for deterministic latency, cutting the wiring, connectors and gateway hardware that CAN or RS-485 sensor runs require. Automotive depth is built in: TC10 sleep/wake, TC14 topology discovery, TC6 time stamping, signal quality indication, harness defect detection, MDI pins hardened to plus/minus 6 kV ESD and operation from -40 degC to +150 degC.
