SHT45-AD1B-R2 is Sensirion’s fourth-generation digital humidity and temperature sensor in DFN-4 — ±1.0 %RH and ±0.1 °C typical accuracy, a full grade above the ±1.8 %RH standard grade of the SHT40, with an I2C interface at address 0x44 — for HVAC, cold-chain and high-reliability environmental monitoring. The top-tier SHT4x accuracy is the selection point: humidity-critical designs get factory-calibrated precision in the compact DFN-4 footprint. Selection advice: the B in the code denotes the standard blank housing (no protective membrane fitted, no separate cover); the R2 suffix denotes 2,500-piece tape-and-reel packing — match the full SHT45-AD1B-R2 code. The sensing membrane is polyimide, and like the SHT40 this part is not pin-compatible with the SHT3x family (DFN-4 vs DFN-8). Order number 3.000.645 per the Sensirion SHT4x datasheet (V7.3).
