RT1718SGQW is Richtek’s highly integrated USB Type-C TCPC controller in 4x4mm WQFN-32 — for notebooks, hubs, docks and monitors where the Type-C port needs both PD negotiation and data-path integration: beyond the standard TCPC (PD 3.1, DRP, alternate mode, dead battery), it integrates IEC-61000-4-2 ESD cells on CC/SBU/DP/DM, high-voltage protection switches that keep VBUS off the adjacent SBU/DP/DM pins (24 V AMR), a USB 2.0 switch with HV DCP fast-charge protocols, and a VCONN switch with OVP/OCP/RVP/UVP. The internal charge pump drives N-MOSFETs for the VBUS sink/source path while GPIOs handle P-MOSFETs and system blocks such as USB3-to-DP muxes. -40 to +125°C junction, -40 to +85°C ambient.
