NCS10135AEPR2
STMicroelectronicsThe NCS10135AEPR2 is the production reel ordering code for the STMicroelectronics NCS10135 inertial sensor module, combining a z-axis gyroscope with a three-axis (xyz) low-g accelerometer in one HQFN-24 package. Where the NCS1012 variants pair their gyroscope with acceleration sensing on two axes, this device completes the acceleration picture on all three axes while measuring rotation about z, the combination for products that track orientation and heading as well as movement. That makes it a fit for motion-sensing designs such as stabilized platforms, pointing and gesture interfaces, navigation aids and equipment monitors that need a linear-motion vector plus yaw-rate information from a single sensor. The advantage of the integration is system-level: one module, one mounting position and one sensing point give the host processor a coherent view of how the product is moving, instead of forcing firmware to reconcile separate accelerometer and gyroscope parts placed apart on the board. Selection advice: choose the NCS10135 when your design needs three-axis low-g acceleration together with z-axis rotation. If only two accelerometer axes are required, the NCS1012B offers the same z-axis gyroscope pairing with xy low-g sensing; if the gyroscope axis must be x, look at the NCS1012C for low-g work or the NCS1012E, whose xy accelerometer is a medium-g device of roughly +/-15 g to +/-150 g for shock-heavy applications. Check the module orientation in the datasheet against your enclosure before committing the footprint. Parameters verified against STMicroelectronics documentation.
