IAUTN04S7N003ATMA1
Infineon TechnologiesIAUTN04S7N003ATMA1 is an Infineon OptiMOS 7 40 V N-channel automotive MOSFET in the PG-HSOF-8 (TOLL) leadless power package, tape and reel — the lowest-resistance code of the 40 V TOLL group launched in 2026. Its 0.24 mΩ maximum RDS(on) at 10 V gate drive and 350 A rating target high-current 12 V and 48 V nodes: mild-hybrid DC-DC stages, power steering, braking and battery disconnect switches. The benefit is conduction loss: at 200 A this die dissipates roughly 9.6 W where the 0.38 mΩ N004 code dissipates about 15 W, so heatsinking shrinks and paralleling a second device can often be avoided. The 10 x 12 mm leadless footprint suits automated optical inspection, and the junction range reaches +175 °C. Selection advice: pick the N003 where loss dominates; step to the N004 when higher resistance is acceptable and budget matters more. Infineon lists the part as active and preferred, with supply committed at least until 2038. Parameters verified against Infineon documentation.
