API7722S-13

API7722S-13 is the 1 forward / 1 reverse member of the API772X family with the reverse direction assigned to channel B: channel A crosses from side 1 to side 2 while channel B returns from side 2 to side 1, both inside a narrow SO-8 (Type CJ2). Use it for isolated two-wire exchanges - a command path out and a status or receive path back - where the physical pinout works better with the return signal on the B channel rather than on A. Isolation credentials are 3750VRMS per UL 1577, >4mm creepage and clearance, 4242VPK transient isolation under VDE 60747-17, and 8000V IEC 61000-4-2 barrier withstand. Performance is the family standard: 100Mbps maximum data rate, 2.5V to 5.5V operation on both supplies, CMOS threshold inputs, 150kV/us minimum CMTI, 11ns typical propagation delay and -40 to +125C operation for industrial automation, motor control and metering designs. Selection advice: the only difference against API7721S-13 is which channel is reversed, so confirm the pin-level direction map against your schematic before ordering - the two codes are not drop-in substitutes.
