AD7193BRUZ
Analog DevicesAD7193BRUZ is an Analog Devices 24-bit sigma-delta ADC in a 28-lead TSSOP — the four-channel workhorse of the AD719x family for multiplexed bridge and RTD measurement: four fully differential or eight pseudo-differential inputs, an on-chip PGA spanning gains of 1 to 128, and output data rates from 4.7 Hz to 4.8 kHz. Ultralow noise — 11 nV RMS at 4.7 Hz with gain 128, 15.5 noise-free bits at 2.4 kHz and up to 22 noise-free bits at gain 1 — lets one device serve both slow precision weighing and faster process monitoring without an external instrumentation amplifier. Analog Devices lists the AD7193 in production; it draws 4.65 mA with AVDD of 3 V to 5.25 V and DVDD of 2.7 V to 5.25 V, specified from -40 to +105 °C. Selection advice: the BRUZ code is the leaded TSSOP-28 version for hand-solderable, inspectable assembly; choose the AD7193BCPZ on this site for the same die in a 32-lead LFCSP, or the AD7194 when eight differential channels are required.
