AD4880BBCZ
Analog DevicesAD4880BBCZ is an Analog Devices dual-channel 20-bit, 40 MSPS-per-channel successive-approximation ADC in a 196-ball CSP_BGA package, integrating a complete fully differential ADC driver front end with programmable gains from 1.03 to 5.77 in seven steps - the AFE that 20-bit converters normally need as a separate precision amplifier. Each channel converts with 46.25 ns latency, ±7.5 ppm typical and ±12 ppm maximum INL, 92.6 dBFS SNR and 120.5 mW dissipation, buffered by its own 16K FIFO. Two synchronized 20-bit channels at this rate serve coherent measurement, high-end ATE and scientific instrumentation without external driver matching. Selection advice: only the BBCZ order codes are official - third-party listings showing an AD4880BCPZ code are erroneous and should not be quoted or designed in; the reel variants are AD4880BBCZ-RL and -RL7 on the same 10 x 10 mm 196-ball package. ADI specifies the part in its formal Rev. 0 datasheet with a complete ordering guide. Parameters verified against Analog Devices documentation.
