TPSM846C23 is a Texas Instruments 35 A PMBus-compliant step-down power module — for datacenter and telecom point-of-load rails where telemetry is mandatory: 4.5 V to 15 V input, 0.35 V to 2 V output in a 15x16 mm 59-pin QFM package. The module integrates controller, MOSFETs and inductor; PMBus configures output voltage, UVLO, soft-start and fault response while reporting real-time current, voltage and temperature. Two modules stack to 70 A with current sharing. Selection advice: the C23 is the PMBus variant — for the same footprint without digital control, the pin-compatible TPSM846C24 costs less; the 0.35 V minimum output suits sub-1 V ASIC core rails that fixed-output modules cannot reach.
