4-A integrated power module (4.5-17 V in, 0.6-10 V out) combining converter, MOSFETs, shielded inductor and passives in a 7.5x7.5x5.3 mm 24-pin QFM package - as few as six external components for a complete rail. Up to 96% efficiency, 200 kHz-1.6 MHz adjustable frequency with external sync, TurboTrans for ultra-fast load-step response with less output capacitance, and EN55011 Class B radiated EMI compliance. The module collapses magnetics selection, loop compensation and layout risk into one qualified part, which suits industrial controllers and auxiliary server rails where board space and time-to-market dominate.
