TPS6594-Q1
Texas InstrumentsAutomotive PMIC integrating 5 buck regulators and 4 LDOs (9 rails) for TI Jacinto DRA8x/TDA4x processors in ADAS and autonomous-driving compute. 3-5.5 V input; bucks deliver up to 14 A from a single rail via multi-phase paralleling, LDOs offer 3x 500 mA plus a 300-mA low-noise rail. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40 to +125 C) and functional-safety compliant with ASIL-D/SIL-3 design documentation, Q&A watchdog, rail monitors and CRC-protected NVM sequencing - one chip replaces a discrete safety power tree and shortens system certification work. Sourcing note: this is the Q1 automotive grade; if your program does not require AEC-Q100, confirm with your TI channel whether a non-automotive PMIC fits better, as Q1 lots carry automotive traceability requirements. The pin-compatible TPS6593-Q1 targets ASIL-B systems at lower cost. Parameters verified against TI documentation.

TPS6594-Q1 FAQ
Is TPS6594-Q1 automotive-qualified?
The TPS6594-Q1 ordering code carries the manufacturer's automotive qualification marker. Qualification grade, temperature range and PPAP documentation depend on the exact lot offered, so state your automotive documentation requirements (PPAP level, AEC test reports) in the RFQ and we will confirm them against the offered lot before quotation.
