MPF0300AMMA1ES
NXP SemiconductorsMPF0300AMMA1ES is an NXP PF0300 power management IC in an HWQFN-28 package, built to power the NXP SAF9000 radio/audio chip in automotive infotainment: three buck converters each programmable from 0.5 to 3.3 V at up to 3.5 A (1.5% accuracy, configurable multi-phase operation, 4/5/6 A current limits) plus a 500 mA LDO (0.75 to 3.3 V), OTP configuration and I2C control to 3.4 MHz, at safety level QM over -40 to +125 C. Selection advice: the A1 code is the OTP version whose factory defaults power up SW1/2/3 at 0.9, 1.5 and 1.8 V with LDO1 enabled; if your system leaves LDO1 off at boot, the A5 code is the matching default instead - the two are not the same configuration even though the silicon is shared. NXP's product datasheet (Rev. 4.0) lists this code in its ordering table, and its part-number scheme marks the M prefix as Production. Parameters verified against NXP documentation.
