REF192ESZ
Analog DevicesThe REF192 is a precision micropower 2.5 V voltage reference in SOIC-8. The E grade is the tightest version in the family, with plus/minus 2 mV initial accuracy and 5 ppm/degC maximum temperature drift, giving ADCs and DACs a stable anchor that holds calibration over temperature and time. It needs only 0.5 V of headroom above the output and accepts supplies up to 15 V, it sources and sinks current, doubling as a quiet low-power regulator for reference loads, and a sleep-mode pin cuts consumption for battery-powered instruments between measurements. The REF19x family covers other output voltages in the same package; substitute the looser G grade only when the accuracy budget genuinely allows it. Parameters verified against Analog Devices documentation.
