MAX31865AAP+T

MAX31865AAP+T is the SSOP-20 tape-and-reel code for the Analog Devices (Maxim) MAX31865 RTD-to-digital converter — the same 15-bit delta-sigma RTD front end as the TQFN code MAX31865ATP+T listed on this site, in a leaded 20-pin SSOP for boards that cannot place a 5 x 5 mm QFN or need hand-solderable leads: PT100 to PT1000 (100 Ω to 1 kΩ at 0 °C), 2-, 3- and 4-wire sensor connections, SPI interface, 3 to 3.6 V supply, -40 to +125 °C. The datasheet ordering table (19-6478, Rev 3) lists only four codes — AAP+/AAP+T in SSOP and ATP+/ATP+T in TQFN-EP — and the +T suffix is tape and reel only, so AAP+T and the tube code AAP+ are the same silicon in the same package. Selection advice: the external reference resistor sets the RTD type — 400 Ω for PT100, 4 kΩ for PT1000 — confirm it against your sensor before layout; inputs survive ±45 V wiring faults and the chip flags open- and short-circuit sensor faults.
