DIO3350AEN20

DIOO

The DIO3350AEN20 is a USB SuperSpeed analog switch from DIOO - a signal switch, not a load switch: it routes two differential pairs of USB 3.1/3.0 signals through a 2:1 multiplexer at up to 10 Gbps (Gen 1 and Gen 2), making it the building block for Type-C port sharing, docking and dual-host designs. Typical bandwidth is 11 GHz with only -0.9 dB insertion loss at 2.5 GHz, -55 dB crosstalk and -27 dB off isolation at 2.5 GHz, so the link budget and eye opening are largely preserved. On-resistance is 6 ohm typical, 8 ohm maximum. The part runs from a 1.5 V to 5.0 V supply, draws 15 uA typical in active mode and under 0.5 uA in shutdown, and carries 2.5 kV HBM ESD protection across -40 C to +85 C. It is supplied in a compact QFN 2.5 x 4.5 mm 20-pin package (EN20). Selection advice: budget the routing carefully - at 10 Gbps, stub length and via transitions matter as much as the switch itself; if your design only needs USB 2.0 switching, a lower-bandwidth mux will be cheaper and easier to lay out. Parameters verified against DIOO documentation.
