AD5941BCPZ is an Analog Devices electrochemical and impedance measurement AFE in an LFCSP-48 package (7 x 7 mm), integrating a 16-bit ADC with 800 kSPS and 1.6 MSPS modes, two transimpedance amplifiers (a low-power TIA measuring 50 pA to 3 mA and a high-bandwidth TIA spanning 0.015 Hz to 200 kHz), dual DAC excitation (0.2 to 2.4 V), a 12-bit VBIAS0 and a fast 12-bit DAC, a hardware accelerator with waveform generator, receive filtering and a complex-impedance DFT engine, and a programmable sequencer with 6 kB of SRAM, on 2.8 to 3.6 V over SPI. Selection advice: it is a one-chip front end for electrochemical gas, liquid quality and impedance tomography sensing; do not mix it up with the AD5940 - the 56-lead WLCSP in that family belongs to the AD5940, while this code is the 48-lead LFCSP.
