RP2354A
Raspberry PiRP2354A is the QFN-60 ordering code for the Raspberry Pi RP2354 microcontroller, defined in the maker’s RP2350 datasheet (RP-008373-DS, §14.3): the RP2354A and RP2354B carry 2 MB of in-package flash - a stacked Winbond W25Q16JVWI QSPI NOR die inside the package - and are in all other respects, including pinout, identical to their flashless counterparts RP2350A and RP2350B, on the same QFN-60 (this A code) and QFN-80 (B code) packages. That means the same dual Arm Cortex-M33 cores at 150 MHz - or the dual Hazard3 RISC-V cores, selectable in software or OTP - the same on-chip SRAM and peripherals as the RP2350A die, with 30 GPIOs and 4 analogue inputs in this 7 × 7 mm QFN-60 form; the B variant’s QFN-80 form carries 48 GPIOs and 8 analogue inputs. The selection point is removing the external flash from the BOM: designs laid out for the RP2350A keep their footprint and firmware model and drop the separate QSPI flash placement, which suits sealed or vibration-exposed products. Selection advice: choose between the A and B codes on GPIO and analogue count, not on compute - the silicon is the same - and note that an RP2350A design moving to RP2354A must still confirm the flash interface assumptions in its boot configuration. Parameters verified against the Raspberry Pi RP2350 datasheet RP-008373-DS (§14.3 and the series comparison table).
