RP2350B
Raspberry PiRP2350B is a Raspberry Pi microcontroller in QFN-80 — for embedded designs that need the full 48-GPIO pinout of the RP2350 family. It provides the same dual Arm Cortex-M33 or dual Hazard3 RISC-V processors at 150 MHz, 520 KB on-chip SRAM and 12 PIO state machines as RP2350A, in a larger 10 × 10 mm package with 48 GPIOs and 8 ADC inputs, using external QSPI flash. Selection advice: choose RP2350B over RP2350A when the design needs the extra GPIOs and analogue channels; the PIO count is identical (12 state machines across three PIO blocks) on both variants, so PIO capacity is not a reason to step up. Raspberry Pi states RP2350 will remain in production until at least January 2045.
