PA167

PA167 is an Apex Microtechnology high-voltage power operational amplifier in a 52-pin Power Quad (20 x 20 mm) package — for piezo drives, industrial servos and test-equipment outputs that need op-amp precision at power levels, delivering 1 A continuous and 4 A peak with total supply capability up to 205 V, 35 V/µs slew rate and up to 33 W internal dissipation. Apex states the PA167 family is currently in volume production, and its datasheet is the formal Rev B. Selection advice: the PA167 and its A-grade variant PA167A (2 A continuous, 6 A peak) are different order codes on the same product page — specify PA167 exactly when the 1 A class is the design point.
