MAX809SEUR+T
Analog DevicesThe MAX809 is a precision microprocessor supervisory circuit in a three-pin SOT-23 package. The S suffix fixes the reset threshold at 2.93 V, the correct trip point for 3.3 V and 3 V rails, and the push-pull active-low reset output is held asserted for at least 140 ms after the supply rises above threshold, so processors and FPGAs always start from a clean, fully ramped rail. It monitors supplies across a 1.0 V to 5.5 V operating range and draws only a few microamps, suiting always-on products where board area and standby current matter. When selecting, match the threshold letter to the rail: L (4.63 V) for 5 V systems, T (3.08 V), S (2.93 V), R (2.63 V) or Z (2.32 V); +T denotes tape-and-reel packing. Parameters verified against Analog Devices documentation.
