LM239DR
UMWThe LM239DR on this page is the UMW (UTD Semiconductor) device, built and specified to UMW's own LM139/LM239/LM339/LM2901 datasheet and ordering table, in which DR is the SOP-14 tape-and-reel code. It packs four independent differential comparators that run from a single 2 V to 36 V supply or dual supplies of plus/minus 1 V to plus/minus 18 V, with supply-current drain of 0.8 mA typical that is essentially independent of supply voltage. Input bias current is 25 nA typical, input offset voltage 2 mV typical, the common-mode input range includes ground, and the differential input range extends to the maximum rated supply voltage; the open-collector outputs are compatible with TTL, MOS and CMOS logic and can be wired together for ANDed alarms. The 239 grade is the mid-temperature member of the classic 139/239/339 family, aimed at industrial controls, power-supply supervision and threshold detection. Selection advice: the same LM239DR code is printed by several manufacturers - this page is UMW's part and UMW's datasheet governs the guaranteed limits, so keep the UMW brand on the purchase order and do not substitute another maker's reel on paperwork alone.
