INA151ADDFR
Texas InstrumentsINA151ADDFR is a Texas Instruments precision difference amplifier in an 8-pin SOT-23 package, the A gain variant of the INA151 family with a fixed gain of 1 V/V, built to measure small differential signals riding on large common-mode voltages. The operational common-mode range spans 4.3 V to 110 V with reverse protection down to -85 V and differential inputs up to ±5 V. At unity gain the datasheet guarantees 125 dB minimum CMRR, ±0.025% maximum gain error, 2 ppm/°C maximum gain drift, ±900 µV maximum offset and ±0.6 µV/°C maximum offset drift, with 620 kHz typical bandwidth on supplies from 2.7 V to 20 V. An enable pin forces a high-impedance output so several INA151 outputs can stack onto one ADC input without an external multiplexer. Selection advice: the A letter fixes the gain - the B, C and D siblings give 2/3, 1/2 and 1/4 V/V and are not interchangeable without rescaling the measurement chain, so quote the full INA151ADDFR code.
