AMC0386M10DFXR

AMC0386M10DFXR is a Texas Instruments precision reinforced isolated delta-sigma modulator in a 15-pin SSOP package, the ±1000 V member of the AMC0386 family: its integrated high-voltage resistive divider presents a 12.5 MOhm input and senses AC or DC bus voltages directly, eliminating the external divider chain and its tolerance stack-up. A sinc3 filter at OSR 256 yields 14.8 effective bits and 89 dB dynamic range at 39 kSPS. Offset error is ±0.9 mV maximum, offset drift ±7 µV/°C maximum and attenuation error ±0.25% maximum, supporting better than 1% accuracy over lifetime and temperature without system-level calibration. Isolation is reinforced, rated 5000 VRMS per UL 1577 and 7000 VPK per VDE 0884-17, with 150 kV/µs minimum CMTI, -40°C to +125°C operation and a 12.8 x 10.3 mm stretched SSOP for creepage. Selection advice: choose the M10 for traction-inverter DC links, EV charging and solar strings that exceed the ±600 V ceiling of the AMC0386M06DFXR; below that ceiling the M06's lower divider ratio is the better-matched input.
