AMC0303M2510DWVR

Texas Instruments

AMC0303M2510DWVR is a Texas Instruments precision reinforced isolated delta-sigma modulator in an 8-pin wide-body SOIC package, with a ±250 mV linear input range for shunt-based current sensing - strictly the wide-range member of the AMC0303 pair, not a rescale of the ±50 mV M0510. The internal 10 MHz clock and a sinc3 filter at OSR 256 deliver 12.8 effective bits and 80 dB dynamic range at 39 kSPS, and the SNR is 86 dB, higher than the M0510's 82.5 dB. Offset error is ±200 µV maximum with ±2 µV/°C maximum drift, and gain error is ±0.2% maximum. Reinforced isolation is rated 5000 VRMS per UL 1577 with 1500 VRMS working voltage, 150 kV/µs minimum CMTI, -40°C to +125°C operation, and the same 3.0 to 5.5 V / 2.7 to 5.5 V split supplies as its sibling. Selection advice: pick the M2510 when the shunt drop approaches ±250 mV or the extra SNR matters; if your shunt signal is only tens of millivolts, the AMC0303M0510DWVR converts that smaller range into finer resolution instead. Parameters verified against Texas Instruments documentation.
