HT7550-1
HoltekHT7550-1 is the SOT-89 ordering code for the Holtek HT7550-1 low-dropout regulator, the fixed 5.0 V member of the HT75xx-1 series as listed in the selection table of the current Holtek datasheet (Rev. 2.40). It outputs 5.0 V held between 4.85 V and 5.15 V, delivers 100 mA, drops out at 25 mV typical and 55 mV maximum at a 1 mA load, draws 2.5 µA typical and 4.0 µA maximum supply current, and accepts inputs up to 30 V. The selection point is the same standby economics as the 3.3 V member of this series (HT7533-1, also listed): a few microamps of self-consumption behind a 30 V-tolerant input suits battery meters, remote controls and always-on sensor rails that must survive years on a cell. Selection advice: every figure here follows Rev. 2.40 of the Holtek datasheet - older revisions of this document carry a different input ceiling and output-current basis and must not be mixed into this specification - and the -1 suffix matters, since the older HT75XX generation without it is a different Holtek series with different tables. Parameters verified against the Holtek HT75xx-1 datasheet Rev. 2.40 (selection table and electrical characteristics).
