HT7533-1
HoltekHT7533-1 is the SOT-89 ordering code for the Holtek HT7533-1 low-dropout regulator, the fixed 3.3 V member of the HT75xx-1 series as listed in the selection table of the current Holtek datasheet (Rev. 2.40). It outputs 3.300 V held between 3.201 V and 3.399 V (the ±3 % band), delivers a minimum of 70 mA and a typical 100 mA, drops out at 25 mV typical and 55 mV maximum at a 1 mA load, draws 2.5 µA typical and 4.0 µA maximum supply current, and accepts inputs up to 30 V over a -40 °C to +85 °C operating range. The selection point is standby drain: a few microamps of self-consumption behind a 30 V-tolerant input makes this the regulator class used in battery meters, remote controls and always-on sensor supply rails that must survive years on a cell. Selection advice: the -1 suffix matters - the older HT75XX series without the -1 is a different Holtek generation with different tables, and third-party clone datasheets circulate under similar names, so quote the full HT7533-1 code and check the marking against the Holtek selection table. Parameters verified against the Holtek HT75xx-1 datasheet Rev. 2.40 (selection table and electrical characteristics).
