FDV301N

FDV301N is an onsemi logic-level digital FET in a SOT-23-3 package: a 25 V, 220 mA N-channel MOSFET with on-resistance of 4 Ω at 4.5 V gate drive, a gate threshold below 1.06 V and total gate charge of only 0.7 nC. The low threshold is the whole point of the part — it switches directly from microcontroller and logic outputs at signal level, for load switching, level shifting and interface buffering where a standard MOSFET's threshold voltage is too high to turn on properly from a 3.3 V or 5 V GPIO. Selection advice: read the ratings as a set — 4 Ω on-resistance caps this device at signal-level currents, so it is a logic switch, not a power switch; for ampere-class loads step up to a power MOSFET in the same footprint class and accept the higher gate charge.
