Diodes IncorporatedAP3015KTR-G1 is a Diodes Incorporated micropower boost converter in an SOT-23-5 package, stepping 1.2 to 12 V inputs up to outputs as high as 34 V with a 300 mA switch current limit, using current-limited fixed-off-time control against a 1.23 V feedback reference and drawing only about 14 to 20 uA with no switching. The part originated with BCD Semiconductor, which is now part of Diodes Incorporated, and the -G1 suffix is the Diodes green/tape-and-reel form. Selection advice: it fits single- or two-cell LCD and OLED bias and other small high-voltage rails, but the 300 mA switch limit is a hard ceiling on output current - do not confuse it with the AP3015A variant, which limits at 70 mA.
