XDM700-1
Infineon TechnologiesXDM700-1 is an XDP digital current and power monitoring IC for 5 V to 80 V rails in servers, telecom power and industrial supplies. Its 12-bit ADC digitises bus voltage and shunt current with telemetry accuracy of 0.4% on voltage, 0.75% on current and 1.15% on power, and four selectable current-sense ranges (12.5, 25, 50 and 100 mV) let one design span light-load monitoring through high-current rails. Telemetry, thresholds and alerts are handled over PMBus 1.3 at up to 1 MHz, so per-rail power data feeds system health monitoring, load balancing and early fault detection without discrete sense amplifiers.
