UCC27210DRMR is a Texas Instruments 120 V half-bridge gate driver in VSON-8, tape and reel — 3.7 A source / 4.5 A sink peak, 20 ns typical delay, VDD 8 V to 17 V, integrated 120 V bootstrap diode, -10 V input tolerance and -20 V HS transient capability. It shares the SLUSAT7 datasheet with UCC27211, and the one real difference is the input threshold: high-noise-immunity CMOS on the UCC27210 versus TTL on the UCC27211.
Choose the UCC27210 when the gate driver sits in a noisy environment (motor drives, welders) and the controller delivers CMOS levels — the higher CMOS thresholds reject noise the TTL part would pass. If the controller outputs TTL, the UCC27211DRMR is the correct code instead.
