TPS3808G30DBVR is the G30 variant of a programmable-delay voltage supervisor in a SOT-23-6 (DBV) package, with a 2.79 V reset threshold matched to nominal 3.0 V rails. The reset delay is set by an external CT capacitor anywhere from 1.25 ms to 10 s, typical quiescent current is 2.4 µA, the output is open-drain and active-low, a manual reset input is provided, and the range is -40 C to +125 C. That wide delay span lets one supervisor serve both fast-starting logic and systems whose supplies or clocks need seconds to stabilise, without changing the supervisor when timing requirements move late in a project. Selection advice: order the G30 code for 3.0 V rail supervision and note that the actual threshold is 2.79 V, not 3.0 V; for 3.3 V or 5 V rails, choose the family variant whose threshold is centred on that rail instead of stretching this code.
