TPL5010DDCR
Texas InstrumentsTPL5010DDCR is a Texas Instruments nano-power system timer with watchdog in SOT-23-6, for duty-cycled battery-powered IoT and sensor nodes. It draws only 35 nA typical at 2.5 V and issues a periodic WAKE pulse on a resistor-selected interval from 100 ms to 7200 s, so the host MCU can stay in its deepest sleep instead of running its own timer. The business benefit is battery life: the timer replaces the MCU sleep timer that can consume most of standby current, enabling smaller batteries or longer service intervals. The watchdog feature adds safety at almost no extra current: if the MCU misses the DONE handshake, the part asserts reset. Selection advice: the interval is set by one external resistor, so confirm the resistor value against the datasheet timing table for your target interval; the DDC suffix is the 6-pin SOT-23 package and R denotes tape-and-reel packing. Parameters verified against Texas Instruments documentation.
