TL331IDBVR
Texas InstrumentsTL331IDBVR is a Texas Instruments single voltage comparator in SOT-23-5, for threshold detection, battery monitoring, and power-good sensing. It runs from a single 2 V to 36 V supply or dual supplies, draws only 0.4 mA typical, and offers 2 mV typical input offset with a common-mode range that includes ground. The open-collector output wires directly into wired-AND logic and interfaces to TTL, MOS, and CMOS, so one part covers level detection without extra glue. The benefit is a proven, low-cost threshold switch that works across wide supply rails and an industrial temperature range of -40C to +85C. Selection advice: the output is open-collector and needs an external pull-up; choose the pull-up for your logic level and speed, and note this is a single comparator, not a dual like the LM393, so check channel count against your schematic. The DBV suffix is SOT-23-5 and R denotes tape-and-reel packing. Parameters verified against Texas Instruments documentation.
